What is your policy on refunding for unused time?

Yes.
We do not refund for any unused time.
What is your policy on staying over pre-booked time?
Unless another client is booked directly after your job, we can always stay overtime, but will charge for at least 1 additional hour.
Do you accept same day requests?
Yes. We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
